Connection
Zulu Time fosters meaningful connection by bringing together government, industry, civil society, and community leaders dedicated to supporting veterans’ success. Through authentic peer-to-peer relationships, veterans regain a sense of belonging while strengthening bonds with civilians, families, and friends. By cultivating supportive networks and leveraging technology to bridge the human divide, Zulu Time helps veterans reintegrate into a connected and purpose-driven community.
Shelter
Zulu Time is committed to providing safe, stable, and affordable housing solutions for veterans in need of both short- and long-term shelter. Beyond temporary relief, the program emphasizes pathways to home ownership, promoting lasting independence and stability. Every housing initiative prioritizes accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring veterans of all abilities have a secure place to call home.
Career Development
Zulu Time empowers veterans to pursue fulfilling careers that extend beyond traditional job placement. Through mentorship and opportunities in entrepreneurship, public service, government, civil society, education, and technical training, veterans are equipped to redefine their professional paths. The program also emphasizes personal branding and leadership development—helping each veteran apply their unique skills and values to make a meaningful impact in their communities.
Mental, Physical & Spiritual Health
Zulu Time supports the whole veteran—mind, body, and spirit—through a holistic approach to well-being. Services address mental health challenges such as PTSD, TBI, addiction, depression, and trauma, while promoting physical fitness and community engagement. Veterans are encouraged to explore alternative therapies including yoga, animal-assisted therapy, gardening, and volunteer work—fostering resilience, healing, and renewed purpose in every aspect of life.
